Pricing and terms
Fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate's annual base salary. Separate rates apply to non-management and management roles.
Placement fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's gross monthly salary for the duration of the contract.
50% upon acceptance and 50% after the 90-day probation period.
One once-off replacement if a candidate leaves within the probation period.
